Urban Land San Antonio Institute
The mission of ULI, the Urban Land Institute, is to provide responsible leadership in the use of land in order to enhance the total environment. ULI is composed of over 30,000 members worldwide. Members represent every segment of the real estate development community, including property owners, investors, advisers, developers, architects, lawyers, lenders, planners, regulators, contractors, engineers, university professors, librarians, students and interns. ULI is an independent global non-profit supported by members representing the entire spectrum of real estate development and land use disciplines. Another way ULI provides leadership is through research. They collect and publish data and analysis that help land use leaders anticipate emerging trends and issues and explore new approaches and creative solutions. ULI San Antonio is a District Council of the Urban Land Institute. District Councils are ULI at the local level, facilitating the exchange of ideas and the transmission of ULI best practices. ULI San Antonio has over 230 members who convene at luncheons, educational programs, and other events to share experiences and learn from each other.
